Hello folks
Tis but an idea. Fun, profitable and most of all hilarious!
the Rules:
- Max 2 freighters per corporation
Entry fees will pool down to the winner(s).
10 jumps race for starters.
no one is responsible if your freighter gets bumped
You corp must not be envolved in any wars "safety"
if this is something you're interested in please go ahead and join the following mailing list so we can connect all our dots and get up and moving with this fun project.
mailing list is Freightways Express
Our agenda:
decide entry fees
pilots and their ships getting registered
ammend the rules if needed
decide the race route/distance/systems
getting it done and having fun.

well the idea is getting some people interested.. how about more people? come on folks let's have fun and laugh while 20 freighters slug their way through thick and thin!!
Let's think together and see what rules suit most of us and get this on and rolling.. we'll frap the entire thing and youtube it too.

Alrighty
We need more daring, Freighters pilots to come have fun with us on the first Freighter race!!!! more to follow, check the first post in the threat to join the mailing list and so we can get this up and started.
Just imagine how hilarious this entire thing will be and also if you are the top racer you'll get a good chunk of isk..
A good chunk of isk = all freighters signed up will pay a sign up fee, all those fees get added up and the winner gets all the sign-up fees.." all freighters will be ganged up so you know how many ships in the race, also you can figure out sign up fee X ship numbers = the total pay-out for the winner! simple, we're not doing this for profit, or to scam anyone, we carry our reputation and honor well above the material side of life "the game" so tell your friends and come on sign up and have a good time and a laugh!!

We got people interested and need more fun people to get envolved and have fun with us...
We got an agenda to decide upon so please join the mailing list Freightways Express announce yourself, I'm trying to get this off the ground and the race going by next week if possible.
High sec ganking on freighters is very unlikely, to ensure the safety of your RACER, we can implement REMOTE Reppers at the gates.

Awesome ideas... would you guys sign up to the mailing list so we can formalize something even get on vent or TS and talk it out ironing details and push it to action?
also does anyone have/willing to Frap we need more than 1 camera going and eventually montage and add music commentary etc for youtube... good fun!
