At work so don't have time to read all three pages of posts - here is something you can do to get back to hi sec.
1.) Skills > Social > Fast Talking
2.) Start killing rats in low sec and run missions.
3.) Quit killing other players.
Those three steps will get you back to Hi-Sec.

Look, I know you are just baiting and I am falling for it but in case you are serious -
1.) There is a warning before you shoot another player saying it will hurt your security status. If you chose to ignore this warning it is against you. Even your wife, who you claim is a lawyer, can't help you because you chose to ignore a warning.
2.) If you really want to get back to systems that are higher than 0.6 then do the following:
a) run level 3 & 4 missions in 0.5 and 0.4 systems.
b) Train skill: Fast Talk
c) Kill rats in all the belts over and over again
d) Stop killing people
There is no injustice because you were warned before you fired your first shot.

Now who is being shallow? So you won't speak to a homeless person and listen to what they have to say. Shame on you.
I will admit there are a few "homeless" people that I listen to only to make them happy that someone is listening. A lot of the ones I have met are actually hard workers and some even have a degree that fell on hard times.
Remember one thing with your "success" - it can all be taken away.
