Hate to point this one out... but no one has ever said we're actually GETTING that. It's a feature for a fashion show. I have yet to see a date that CCP's paying customer's are actually going to get to use that... spiffy... catwalk.
Considering the poorly coded Incarna engine, I'd imagine it'd cause most people's computers to literally burst into flames. So for now, expect it to be used in that fashion show then tucked away from another two years until graphic technology catches up, or CCP fixes their code.

Pretty sure graphic technology caught up like five years ago.
You have... err... seen the CURRENT version of the captain's quarters? Although to be honest it's less graphics tech... and more CCP's graphics code. Heck, that version of the avatar probably actually LOOKED like what the avatar was supposed to look like. I've got my station environments turned off... but I'm fairly certain my avatar didn't look like that. |

Actually... it just occured to me, I vaguely recall a CCP dev mentioning that their would be a high-end MT clothing option. Perhaps the $75 dollar monocle was only a mid-tier option. I could easily see a jacket like that going for over a thousand dollars, so perhaps CCP is going to add it to the NEX store for $150?
And heck, that tattoo could easily net them another $150. Forget that neither item look ANYTHING like anything else in-game at the moment. CCP's probably just too fired up over getting a 'srs fashion guy' to design stuff for them.
They'll probably toss the station environment though... too hard to code into the game. |

So people complaining seem to be wasting their breath.
You're right, it's not part of the game. It is however what CCP Dev's have been working on instead of Eve Online. Funny that. |
