I would like to give all the employees of eve-online a great thanks. You guys have helped me, through 4 years of eve! You have made the game special! Fast replys etc..
What do you think about the eve staff personally?

Gotta say, after seeing some of the devs/bh's/gm's on Sisi the past few days,they really are brilliant. Some of them really do have the patience of a saint and iit really shows how much they believe in Eve.

I have to agree, i think its hillarious that they actually have humor. In some games the supporters and such are totally serious and really harsh. Eve-online is a fun game, and i really love the fast help and funny replys i sometime get

As a regular sisi-warrior and irc-idler, all i can say is, that i love them devs.
Had a good chat with them on a number of occassions. This is the only game i can think of where you can actually poke a dev if you find something serious..

I think they are lazy, arrogant and quite frankly... stupid beyond the pale where customer service is concerned.
My question to you borup is why do you feel the need to suck up to the employees of a service provider? Do you post on your telephone companies website how wonderful they are? What about your toilet paper company. How many thank you notes have you sent for their years of service cleaning up your @#$%?
The employees of CCP deserve no more respect than I give my own toilet paper supplier. They get my money and that is thanks enough IMO.

Well i dont know what you emailed them about, though if i used email's instead of petitions i only waited 2 days and got a respond. They're slower when it comes to emails, but they have alot to do so.

I have not had much recourse to deal with gm's and other staff.
However the few petitions I have seen the need to submit in my time playing eve - over all my accounts they total about 8 petitions over 4 years or so - I have been dealt with to my satisfaction and general happiness.
I do think most reports of bad GM/CCP rep behaviour are overblown at times, especially if they are highlighted on here, and are often down to how they where petitioned - ie badly written/laid out, not using the correct category etc etc or generally taking a customer is always right argument even when an idiot could tell you otherwise in a given situation.
As for the Devs, keep up the excellent work. You've created an evolving masterpeice here :D
