I just discovered Clear Skies today and saw 1 and 2 back to back. Amazing films! I cannot wait for a third!

ith all the excitement for CS3, many of us are just now hearing of CS1 & 2. (as was my case)
I've read John's post in December about all the video improvements, screen capture, audio, HD et al - but I'd liek to point something out here.
It's the dialog and the plot more than anything that makes the movie. This series is great because it really captures the essence and the humor of the EVE culture.

I have set up a Page on my site with Clear Skies I and II and soming else cant mind
So if u wanted to watch them U wont have to keep clicking on the Next part as some of them on YouTube are in 4 or more parts and I would rather watch it all in 1

Been a fan for a long time. Watched Clear Skies 1 and 2 many, many times. Keep up the good work. I'm sure Clear Skies 3 will be amazing.

I have never thought to watch it until now, I thought it would be some badly made fan film, but I could not have been more wrong! CS1 and CS2 are brilliant, they made me laugh out load lots and lots of times, even better to hear English voices instead of the expected american.
It has a Red Dwarf feel in many parts which I think works even better with the UK accents. I can not wait for CS3.
Bloopers are genius! 
If you had paypal I would donate for the laughs and to help fund CS3!

i almost never, never ever, post on the forum - but for this master piece, HOLY MOTHER!! the biggest probs i could ever give, just hit you by 230miles an houre!!
it gave me the kind of feeling i also had from "firefly" (serenity), both of the episode! I even had to see the trailers for the 3rd epi that is comming out soon,

I assure you I'm more committed to getting it done than most people would be capable of, and I thank my girlfriend and friends for their tolerance :)
Also I'm deferring my birthday until it's finished ;)

Belatedly adding my own words of praise to this much-deserved threadnaught, having just indulged myself by watching Clear Skies and Clear Skies 2 back to back. Again. Totally enjoyable in their own right, they really do capture the spirit of Eve Online. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Don't take me wrong, this is way different from a moan when CCP needs for an update 5 hours more than announced.
You might take this as a homage for that breathtaking work of Ian and his guys. I'm quiet confident, that it's worth to wait for, even when my butt tells me to stop just sitting and watching I and II again, and again. Ian's love to the details makes the movies what they are. What will not stop me to check the links every day, very unpatiently.

I've been thinking of something if this thread is any indication of of people that enjoyed his movies ... i wonder how many eve-mail he must be getting on a daily basis and how rich he must have became ( due to all the people who have send him isk in thanks for his trementous work he has given us)even trought i doubt he care for it more for the sentiment of the giver
