150km, IIRC

2) What of the following is the most critical aspect ot being successful at PVP in Eve?
Obviously (c). With the proper knowledge, you can know when to engage, and when to run away, invalidating options a,b, and a hypothetical d (number of pilots in your blob).

3) What are 5 ways in which a pilot can initiate warp.
Dock, warp to celestial object, warp to bookmark, warp to gang mate, warp to container.

4) What of the following two items are the most important thing to a fleet?
a & d. Accurate reconnaissance is preferred, but a good FC can alter the ever fluid nature of the battlefield. The best FC, however, is useless if the gang doesn't listen to him and work together.

5) A situation occurs where a command ship comes through your gate camp and manages to get away...
Not enough info in the question, but it would be safe to assume that the CS has reinforcements. Whether you can handle said reinforcements depends upon your gate camp's size and composition.

6) What of the following element of force structure are the most important for a successful fleet?
Depends upon your strategy. Nano/speed ships are required for fast(er) moving roaming gangs. However, though a more balanced approach may make your gang slower as a whole, it will be more versatile and guard potential weaknesses better.

7) Your recon reports that there are a group of nano ships...
Lots, and LOTS of sensor boosting, and make it so that you have a cruiser close enough to any potential jump-in point to scram/web quickly.

8) A ship warps to a gate you are camping in 0.0 and arrives 15km from the gate. What do you do?
He is probably using autopilot, and *should* be an easy kill.

9) When in a battle with a number of other ships, when a ship is called to be primary target by the Fleet Commander (FC), should he ever switch primary to another target? If so, under what conditions?
A battle is a fluid thing. You must be willing to adjust and change should the course of a battle change. You may want to switch primaries if: 1: A new ship is identified as a larger threat/juicier target (Capital ship warps in, for example) 2: The old primary is receiving remote repping, and calling a new primary would be more efficient (alliance tourney, for example) 3: The battle changes against your favor and you need to get out. New primary might be dictors/HICs/tacklers

10) You are in a multiship fleet battle...
Shoot the interceptors (destroyer is anti-frig platform).
Quote:
11) You are in a fleet with 5 battleships and 3 interceptors and opposing you is the following ships: Blackbird, Blackbird, Scorpion, Armageddon, Apocalypse, Dominix, Munin, Hugin, Thorax, Vagabond and Crow. What order should the ships get destroyed in and why.
ECM boats first(perma jam ain't fun), Hugin (can invalidate your inties), then DPS BS's, then 'trash'
Quote:
12) You are a person brand new to the game with only 2 million skillpoints...
Your racial ewar frig - You will best aid your fleet as a tackler and minor ewar support.

13) True or false, 40 Destroyers can kill 10 battleships in a fleet on fleet battle? If so, how can it be done?
True. Once you get "under their guns", a BS can't hit worth crap. Even with drones and close range setups, destroyers can take advantage of their (relatively) low sig radius to avoid most damage. Drones can be killed, also

14) When training your new character, what is more important...
Developing basic "core" skills. This just makes your life so much easier as your small ships become much more effective than a larger ship would with less sps. 87 chars left
