A rocket. Or at a push, a very small smartbomb, but don't blow your nuts off. Therm is probably best. EM won't really do much good unless you have a bionic leg, and Exp. is best left alone for this job. Oh wait, this is OOP.

It will probably fall off after a month or two. Just make sure you tightly tie your leg where it starts so it doesn't bleed everywhere when it does falloff.
