The following setup is a high-sec only transport setup, and I only use Warp to Zero when transporting. What are the odds that this setup can survive assault at point-blank range for 1 min?
Relevant skills: Transport IV, EM Comp 5, Energy System Op 5, Energy System Management 5, Spaceship Command 5, Evasive Maneuvering 5, Shield Rig 4
High:
Small Tractor Beam
Med:
Large Shield Booster II
Magnetic Scattering Amplifier II
Invulnerability Field II
Low:
Damage Control II
Cargo Expander II x 4
Rigs:
Anti-em Screen Reinforcer I
Anti-explosive Screen Reinforcer I

For 1 minute? Approximately 0. You will find you cap out in 40 seconds. Of course, if the assault is significantly less than your boosting capacity, you may last much longer. How hard will people be trying to kill you?
If your high-value product is sufficiently small, a good passive setup is:
Mids:
2 x Large Sheild Extender II
1 x best EM resist amp you can afford.
Lows:
5 x Shield Power Relay II
Rigs:
2 x Core Defence Field Purger I

Personally I'd go for a larger buffer. Something like this, depending on your fitting skills:
Lows: Mix of Shield Power Relay II's and Cargo Expanders depending on what you need.
Mids: 2x Large Shield Extender II, Photon Scattering Field II
High: Who cares
Rigs: 2x Core Defence Field Extender I

Fit 2 extenders and 2 invuls in mids, best EHP you can get, but a determined attacker will get you with a few bs. You wont have time to boost shields.

If it's high-sec only and you use Warp to Zero, why would you need to survive for 1 minute? Wouldn't Concorde pop your assailants in half the time? I'm thinking of getting a Bustard myself, but the cost of the ship vs the insurance makes your question a very vital one for me as well

Also you could swap some of your lows (cargo space depending of course) for nanos/istabs to drop your align time. The faster you are into warp the less time you spend travelling when nobody is shooting at you and also it gives the pirates less time scan and scram you. The SPR's aren't really going to do much anyway.
