It took them 3 days to take BWF, I think the previous residents wanted it even less. They're the first people that held it for more than a couple of months, suckers. It's taken GoonSwarm and friends 17 days and counting and they don't want it either. I pitty the alliance that actually wants it.

It was taken when an alliance could drop more then 5 towers a day. RK tower spammed that system.

We're only using 5 towers and have made no effort to anchor any more. RK has tried to anchor more towers, but it just ends in tears for them.

Actually there was a decision made NOT to anchor more towers in bwf.
