Hi, First off I am posting with an alt and I will keep watching this thread from my alt until I find the right offer. It is VERY important to me to find the right corp.
I am 30 years old and living in the UK, so I would most definately prefer a corp with high number of European players - so that I'm not on alone all the time (english speaking is a must) as is the use of external voicecomms such as ventrilo or teamspeak.
Ideally offers will come from small to mid sized, tight knit corps. As for direction I don't really have a problem mining, pvp'ing or helping with R&D/building etc.
I also don't care for people who have huge ego's and think they are the be all and end all of their corp or alliance. I have no time for such egotistical idiots, and I don't like to be talked down to either if I ask a question as has occured often in the past.
As for ship types I can fly all classes of ship up until caps... not quite cap ready yet but soon.
I should also add that I am not interested in pirating.

Any laid back industrial corps out there who run their operation like a business? Could be interested in that too.

Hey, we're Naval Protection Corp [NPCC]. We are a 100% 0.0 corporation, we have a good understanding with neighbours and currently live under the umbrella of Intrepid Crossing, with some help from Ethereal Dawn and Carpe Universitas.
Etherium Reach, the region we are located in, is inhabited by Drone rats, which give awesome amounts of ISKies in loot. Our mining opportunities are also ample, and if you want, we're gonna be pretty close to FIX/Smashkill space so you can pvp sometimes.
Back to NPCC then. Members are required to give it a 100% for the corporation, it helps us boost teamwork, trust and comraderie amongst our members. We operate in the US/EU timezones (primarily EU/UK), possess Corporation and Alliance ventrilo and a website with forums and a killboard. As you wished for, we may not have a lot of people, but everyone knows everyone in this corporation! Aside from our CEO nobody really has a huge ego  . All members are treated equally, we have a lot of people that can mingle into the affairs if something does go wrong, so you won't have to worry about that.

Predominantly UK/Euro-based corp here!
Decorum Inc are recruiting again after a very successful first year. We're in an exciting period of growth - we prefer roaming gangs and instant PvP on our doorstep in 0.0, as well as local fleet ops to achieve shared goals.
We're a close group of mature (18-40+) PvPers - we understand of RL priorities. We're predominantly UK/EU/EST-based and main hours of play are 18:00 to 01:00, hours vary at weekends but within our alliance we have players online to cover all TZs. We have over 50 chars in corp with 98% of those being actual players (on average 15+ in corp chat at peak times). Corp members are all friends and as such, we're not planning to recruit just anyone; only those we feel will fit in with our team and who we think would enjoy our company.

Polytope is a small tight knit base of PvP'ers I am also a long term player. We/I have been going for over 5 years now mainly in Polytope.
I am a UK player who uses voice comms extensively we are all mature EU/UK players with a smattering of USA players to boot.

We're quite a democratic corp where even the newest members are encouraged to have an opinion on what the corp does. Egotistical we aren't. Our player base is mixed across the timezones, but there is an EU/UK bias. Most members online between 18:00 - 23:00 Eve time, but normally a 23-7 presence.
