Just a friendly advice Cosmo:
You'll need to find some corporations / miners to supply you with the adequate amount of minerals on a regular basis (buying off Jita is hell but if it comes to that, consider buying high and selling low).

TBH, I see no reason why Kazuo shouldn't be allowed to take a look at your dealings / chars. I've trusted him with my info in the past and he's reliable and very professional in his reports. (You should probably charge for the service Kazuo  ).
Unless you prefer providing your full API key to the highest investor (more than 50%) like I did.
Anyway you should consider this very well as a means of reassuring your investors as this is your first IPO / bond offering, no?

I get a very distinct feeling when it comes to cosmoray, he's not a scammer.
Unless he mixes sulphuric acid, nitrous acid and glycerin at work and then shakes the mixture I don't think the IPO will fail.
