I love minny but have grown a little bored with its frigate class ships, so i trained Amarr Frig 5, the ceptors and AFs just looked tempting to fly. so far ive fitted a Malediction and Vengeance with autocannon setups, anyone else fly these cross breeds that has some tips/setups? cant find much action to try them out on beyond NPCs.. Mally HI::::::: 3x 150mmII 1x ArbRckt(thrm) MED:::::: MWDii WDii x5WEB LOW:::::: SARii SigAmpii Nanoii Veng HI:::: 3x200mmii 1xe5NOS MED::: Cold-gasAB WDii x5Web LOW::: 2x SARii (saw a fit for dualSB figured id try) 1x Dmgctrl 1x Adaptive Resist plate -----------------------------------------------

I say go for it and try the setups out. Many of the cookie-cutter setups are just boring. If you can't have fun what's the point in paying for the game.

I believe rats should avoid you if you have high standing with them.
Dr Sheepbringer	Posted - 2008.06.06 14:33:00 - [13] Also don't forget the "WTF!" element when the attacker thinks a certain ship CAN'T have a fitting like that...then the attacker goes boom...wrong fitting... Skills also go a long way when it comes to bonus. Having 5x more skills in weapon A, will probably beat the sucky weapon B bonus. If it's effective in combat, then it works. I don't care what the papers say (but mostly the papers work...)

Nanodomi's didnt lose thier drone dps due to the setup. Ravens didnt lose thir dps and bonuses if the tanking style was changed. Fitting autos on a ship which gets energy turret bonuses, and not proj? Yea, nice comparison.

Pimp out a Punisher or train up to Cruiser / Battlecruiser, an AC-Maller/Prophecy is a neat thing.
Kyle Semones Ancient Empire XIII Legio	Posted - 2008.06.08 22:36:00 - [16] waxau and stoffl i just wanted to point out, that you both said something about neglecting the 'energy turret bonus' well just FYI neither the mally or veng have that bonus. and as pointed out i have a lot more skill in proj than in ****ty rockets, so yes, my ACs will out damage and outrange rockets. heck, i'd go far enough to say decently skilled ACs vs decent skilled rockets on that same ship would be a pretty close comparison in dmg. i wanted the veng because its got a nice tank. wanted to try the mally because its a good mix of slots/armor/speed. you guys bash it but have you ever even tried it?? ya'll can pick it apart and call me a moron on your own post, im asking does anyone whos tried anything along these lines have any fits they like. -----------------------------------------------
