NC and RA have been friendly ever since I can remember. I can't see them changing for a bunch of non-NC members but doubt they are going to come running to help them out either.
The smaller alliances that are holding space near RA's new territory need to hold their ground and defend their territory if they want it. They should really band together and help eachother out otherwise RA will pick them off one at a time.
When it comes to 0.0, politics is often more important than how much firepower you have. The core NC members built what they have today by establishing those relationships which have stood the test of time and conflict. It has worked well for them, I am surprised why more entities haven't banded together to hold their ground against larger entities.

Say guys, what's RA's prime Time?
I know they're russian and all, but I honestly dont know when their peak numbers are on, I have some stuff to move that should have been moved a month ago.

I think Moscow is GMT+4 but I am sure they have ex-pats from all over the world in RA which cover a lot of time-zones. Get a scout if you are going to move anything of real value.

Does cloud ring counts as north?
if it does, then we should bend over to RA, nap them, surrender to them etc (common northen politics).
But on the other hand, we are Unatural, it seems even if we try to follow napfest trendy tactics we will fail.
So if we gonna fail why dont we do it with fighting?

On a sidenote, BoB will never get the fights they want upNorth, unless they decide to play with 1:4 ratio (1:3 was with goons), interesting times ahead, only time will tell.

Its ok to team up against people like Insurgency that try to move up north but when its someone like RA,.. oh ****!!! Better not **** them boys off!
