Ok, maybe not, but I laughed when I just got this message:

Anyone else had something similar?

There are indeed strange things going on.
I have a few Skillpoints over maximum aswell.
Mechanic / Rank 1 / SP: 256083 of 256000
I'll petition that l8er.

I wonder when i reach Electronics Level 6
Looks to me, that some skills are training themselves by doing certain actions. However, they don't seem to stop when the maximum is reached.

Hi,
Lol yep had this before I had advanced to the next level of eve with the lvl 6 skill in Gallente Industrial  .
I therefore must be all skilled up for either the Titan or the Tech lvl 2 Indy's.

Nothing special about this, as you use skills, they go up. Even at the top.
You can only directly train a skill so far, but indirect training allows it to increase.

I got on today to find Large Hybrid 4 was 'completion imminent' despite it being 24hrs off last night.
It didn't actually complete for about 5 minutes so I switched skills... and the dam thing went back to what it should have been :(

Every time I have leveled up a skill since a few patches ago, the displayed notification box has the wrong level in it. Training a skill to level 1 reports training to level 2 being complete and so on. The eve-mails are usually correct though.

My second account had a player with Learning at level V with about 466500 skills points instead of 256000
In that case, petition it and it might get solved.
