Oh my god! They are trying to make ISK... HOW HORRIBLE. Manufactures need to make ISK too, you know.
I doubt there is a BPO in the game, and if there is, well, congrats to the lucky dude that has it.

Yup, there is no BP for harvies out there, and anyone who says otherwise can prove it with a link to a screenie :)
All the games current harvies have come from convoy drops WAYYY back in the day.

IF there is a BPO then my comment does not deserve your answer; if there is a BPO then it would mean that they are making more than 1mio per item, which is kinda over the top, no ? cause i bought mine at 500k last time i needed them; i'm still using those.
anyway, it would be no problem if it's because there is no BPO (or the one who has it is releasing copies very slowly); we all know convoys don't drop'em anymore.

for what it's worth folks 1.5M/unit is a pretty good price. I sold my set (was gathering dust in a hangar) at 1.6M per and I've seen em sell for 2.0M per
