Okay, so I'm not sure if this belongs here because it's more fun and games, or elsewhere, because it's slightly EVE related.

Allows you to summon yourself in case of a friendly being attacked inside your area of guard, thus forming blobs.
Activation time: Very little

Modulated Forum Smacker, not as powerful as the unmodulated version but can still wreck havoc up close and personal if used against low resists.

Effect: 125% chance of epic lag. 95% chance of disconnect. 5% chance of Jita becoming a glowing ball of empire eating doom.
Blob Dampening Array II
Reduces the effective size of any blob by 25%.
Using multiple modules of the same type may result in disappearance of Blob.

open wormhole to jita from anywhere - carebear high level spell
system wide warp disruption for 15 minutes - high level pirate spell
no aggression countdown - high level personalitie spell
no concord - ultimate spell
