Teddys, BNCL and TDG want 500 mil each to leave Syndicate. Think about it. Today you guys lost 14 BS while our small force was operating on you. We didnt count the smaller vessels. We wont stop until you pay the money or go back to empire. We calculated the Norad losses of the last week should be something arround 1.000.000.000 ISK - if all ships were insured.
500 mil ---> BNCL 500 mil ---> Teddys 500 mil ---> TunDraGon
or
loose ISK and ships every day

Hmmm that's funny, how come you don't make such demands when the majority of the fleet is online and in the same system? (I like how Zarq..Brox.. scouted one of our gangs and took off, hmmm I wonder why you guys didn't attack after that scouting?)
OHHHH that's right, you come back when most of us have logged after chasing you out and you gank scattered miners.... bravo!

Point of relevance in attacking against superior odds when your prime goal is blackmail. Nill Point of relevance in dozens of ships being jumped and ganked when they're not prepared. Well, you do the math. Thus, point of relevance in your post and views. Nill.

Let me guess - you talk of the big big "dot" jumping into 3 elite pirates in their BS and the 20 ship fleet looses 2 crusiers while the 3 elite pirates loose only 2-3 m¦ ammo? I already opened a topic about how Norad uses n00bs as cannon food...

Actually, if you was there (i honestly dont know since when we were there yesterday the local showed about 35 ppl) you should know that we did make the demand :) Now ofcourse i dont know if that is what you consider the majority of your fleet, but we did make the demand.
As for you chasing us around with a bigass fleet, yep, thats correct, you did. But, our losses remain nill, not one frig, while your alliance suffered losses of 14 BS and aprox 20 other vessels. That is a fact, and if you choose to deny it, so be it.

I have yet to see any of my buddies run from an even Norad force. 3 times has the numbers been equal, 3 times has norad lost battleships, no pirate came to harm during theese engaments. Edited by: Lifewire on 10/05/2004 09:21:13 This topic is for the Norad officials and no movie release to prove our kills!!!
Norad has the chance now to pay us so we can move to another region. What we are doing is tolling an alliance. It¦s their descission: they can have ship- and podkills every day or pay and be left alone in peace. The only way to make Norad pay is to be extremly brutal and destroy their economy faster than they can recover it. The last Alliance we attacked didnt want to pay too - they are history...

Ok, it¦s a flamewar now. We only wanted to make some money and proposed a good deal for Norad. 1500 mil ISK isnt that much for an alliance...it¦s much cheaper than paying this every week with toasted ships and wasting 20-30 people manpower "hunting" us while we kill their miners 3 jumps away. Se ya all in space
cors he can, wasnt the reason why you guys left due to the fact you guys wanted to pirate and we said no? I mean c'mon, just think about it. What would make more sense then the 3 most hated alliances teaming up to lay waste to the people they all hate anyways? CA is already allied with PA, and TPS lies between the two alliances. Natural allies to be sure. But it's not just that, all but PA (and even some of them) have adopted a "stfu and die, or come and fight us, we don't give a **** what you think or do" philosophy, as well as a PvP Kill everyone not friend kind of mentality. These are the people in eve that kill or convert, the ones dedicated to the death of others, because history, circumstance, and the rest of eve have driven then to do so (except TPS, who are just cool ass pirates ). |

Edited by: Nervar on 12/05/2004 01:31:02 Edited by: Nervar on 11/05/2004 22:39:56 --Update on the events inn Syndicate/cloudring today--
TDG/BNCL/Teddy's Today went on another killing spre. We roamed the Norads space lanes and killed off their batlleships that where scattered and waiting for reinfocments.
Loot alone recovered from this can bee valued to over 100 mill (meta large weapons/launchers and various tech2 modules.
Their 2 fleets finnaly managed to merge inn the RL system and the batlle was on.
Norad forces: 9+ bs and numerous frigates/interceptors and more on the way TDG/BNCL/Teddy forces: 7 BS
After undeniable being beaten on the ecm side Our forces mangaged to take down 2 confirmed BS kill and 3-4 frigates at the gate in RL.
The batlle was turning out to be won when one off our pilots made the fatall mistake off warping to their moon, where they where gathering after fleeing from the batlle field. Our pilot found himself smack down inn the midlle off 6 BS and was killed rather fast. We answered the distress call and warped(mistake) there where one more off our pilots met his doom due to the fact that he had 15% structure and some shield
Our third loss was due to the fact that Tenhaca never managed to load up hes creen at the gate
All inn all: Norad losses inn total during the day: 10 BS numerous frigates/interceptors TDG/BNCL/Teddy losses: 3BS
Now again i urge Norad to pay the rather low demand we have made. Itwill pay off over the course off 2-3 weeks
Btw Black Nova corp ceo's, if your corp want to remain respected for good behaviour inn local before/after/ fights you should try and have a talk with Thaibog. Nothing sensible comes out off hes mouth other than unplesantrys, smack and bad language.
k edited it for you, should bee easier to understand now updated with more kills +1 -------------------------------------------------> What I look forward to is continued immaturity followed by death.

If that's the case it'll be dealt with. BNC/HMMI try to fight with a degree of gentlemanly respect for our opponents and if that's not happening I'll sort it. Normally we're pretty good on this front so my apologies if any of our pilots were not living up to the ideal today.

Since we lost 3 BS including my beloved blood-sprenkled tempest the price to make us move to another region is now 2.000.000.000 ISK. Still cheap if you take a look at all the BS-losses and the countless indys, frigs and cruisers we toasted in 10 days. To make this deal even more intresting for you i propose that Norad can decide wich region we should move to A clever businessman should calculate. Your alliance will fall back if you look at other alliances that make money left alone in peace. Be sure we wont leave without finishing our job or with filled wallets.

The thing about Norad is that even if you have this kill ratio that you have it will not stop them. They will just recruit more people to join their alliance. They have crammed so many people into Outer Ring that you cannot do much about it by killing them. They will always have some more fresh, idealistic, enthusiastic people who are new to being in a 0.0 alliance and who are ready to die fighting you. You just have to wait until Norad implodes if you want them gone. Otherwise you can continue to kill them until you run out of ammo.
I hope that the above does not stop Tundragon from fighting Norad. Some people I like might not like it if I were to discourage attacks on Norad. I actually dont care any more about Outer Ring and their politics but this is my 2 cents about what is up there and its free advice.

I generally don't care for pirates but when it is pirate vs pirate that is an awesome battle!!!!
Wipe Norad out of the Outer Ring......
Great Job btw.... hope the slaughtering continues.... We had a few of Norad crying for a cease fire with our corp but its more fun to waste them.... In a weeks time we had an incredible kill ratio vs them.... now with you guys hitting them hard I bet some of the miners will pack it in and head back to empire.
I hope they don't station park like they do with us alot and not fight. I think that is the worst thing in war with them, alot of times we will be outnumbered and they just don't undock.
They use hidden belts in a2v6 to mine arknor unmolested and a few jumps out of 4C is a decent bship spwan where you can find them... Indy battling is a blast when you get to haul back their hard earned ark, crok, bist, and whatever else they haul around...
GO TunDragon kick some nonad butt....
Nonad has given me hours of entertaining game time....
keep up the good work....
Luna...... laying pipe with Geeklab...... smacking Nonad upside the head with the same pipe...

Come on Blacklight no name calling. I still think that you are more mature than that.
Correct me if I am wrong though, Blacklight. I suppose that I am the ex-Geeklab that you speak of. When Tranquility Drinkers Club got kicked out of OR with you as its leader, did not you and your corp run back to OR immediately when Black Nova started an anti-Geeklab uprising there? So basically when you were ex-ORS (outer ring society) you still meddled in OR politics. So why cant Geeklab or ex-Geeklab enjoy it when Tundragon is fighting you now? How can you criticize me with a straight face?
Also, Chon guys should not say anything at all about honor.

How can you criticize me with a straight face?
The Anti-Geeklab movement was started primarily by Lungorthin and Kiruren of TDC in response to yur CEO's unreasonable behaviour, frequent lies and rule by fear. We were never kicked out of ORS and the actual split that resulted in ORS's death and NORAD's rise were started by the following 3.5 minutes of Outer Ring history in an exchange between me and your CEO, the then self proclaimed leader of ORS. Key points in this exchange which should adequately correct your wrongness on this issue being that a) I was the public spokesperson for about 8-10 ORS corps who wanted your boss gone and b) I think you'll see the then CEO of BNC supporting me rather than me having to do any running back to BNC's support.
[ 2003.12.15 23:44:18 ] Blacklight > I've been a very strong support of umlat and the ORS, the ORS is a great team with some great people in it and for that reason I've been very supportive of making it succesful [ 2003.12.15 23:44:24 ] Dieselboy > what's your objective umlat? So definitely no name calling Rthor, just the correction that you asked for as you are indeed wrong and as this demonstrates I don't think I ever stopped "meddling in OR politics" ;)
Good for you that you enjoy watching us fight pirates, as you are such loudly proclaimed anti-pirates in your ex-corp (despite the fact that you ex-corpmates pirate in NORAD space day in day out) no doubt you are merely confused and will start rooting for the good guys sometime soon!

I think if we compared BNC and Geeklab kill lists we would be very close to equal to be quite honest. Although I do have to admit that you do a good job of ganking lone haulers and interfering with mining ops... in fact the area in which you guys excel is that most closely akin to piracy.
I am feeling a little frustration on your part Luna and more hate than I recall from our past dealings, I had put you in the same camp as Alexis, Jokerz and one or two of your other corpmates and not in the more socially maladjusted half of your corp.

If you want to discuss whatever make another thread. We can have there a civilized discussion at our leisure and other ppl can join in, hopefully without smacktalk. I can ask you some questions. I will answer yours truthfully and ask you to do the same. I am sure it would be fascinating reading for your NORAD recruits. Since I am a free agent with no political aspirations and no desire to defend anyone I can provide a pretty clear perspective of what exactly happenned.
As I said I am retired so I will not start threads on any subject related to OR but yes it is frustrating to read your spin sometimes even in my retirement hence I had to say something. Bottom line is that your in game actions are no better than those of people you criticize for theirs and you are smart enough to know it despite what you write on forums. So I guess to start a thread just post the response that you posted here and name the thread Outer Ring Society ancient history or something.

It doesnt mather that Norad might produce more BS than we can destroy, because they are simply weakened if you compare them to other alliances. On the long term they will get a bleeding pray for other alliances, while alliances that can produce and make money now in peace will have enought money to pay the future wars. And they use modded weapons and tech II stuff: Norad loot is good loot

You're either remarkably niaive for a relatvively experienced player or else you like to get up on a morning select any random 100 words from the English language, throw them together into some kind of sentence and spit them out just for the hell of seeing what they sound like and today got lucky that the words actually produced some useable sentences.... because thats about how tenuous the link between the above statements are to reality.
Just how, oh great Oracale of knowledge and wisdom, did you complete this great and all encompassing study to compare all the regional alliances? I am truly waiting in awe to hear this one.
Oh great one please do tell which alliances are currently left to mine in complete peace without their own little conflicts? Clearly from your words there are many alliances living Halcyon days happily mining Arkanor and stacking up BS in their hangars, please do tell oh great fountain of knowledge who these alliances are that we should be carefullly measuring and comparing ourselves with?
Get real Lifewire, just spouting nonsense for the sake of it doesn't half make you look daft on the forums, it's wise to get at least some substance to your spin before you start spinning it. Congrats on getting a few kills yesterday but if you honestly think that you are even making a dint let alone an impression you are smoking something and I want some of it!

Sorry for my bad english - learned it at scool and i didnt like scool As Fountain of wisdom i can tell you that we don¦t really want the money and if we would get it, we wouldnt stop killing people but we would move to the region of another alliance - we just want to have fun every evening and most fun is: destroy battleships, watch them explode because their pilots made stupid mistakes. It¦s simply a gift to know that 29 Norad pilots are sitting in front of their computers and the tears run down their face while we toast them. We imagine how they cry in TS "Help me! Help me! I can¦t warp..f..uck, i can¦t! i am down, i am down!!! These bastards got me" if they use TS? This makes us happy, we love it and it¦s the only reason to go on to play this mining simulation. It¦s nothing personal - since we are only few pirates we have to attack small alliances like Arcadia (Ex-Arcadia) or Norad because the big alliances come with 40-50 ships to kill us, while we didnt see more than 20-30 active Norad BS at same time. I don¦t know how big the battleshipstack is we will have to destroy - but if you guys fly arround in them, we will destroy them 1 by 1 and our plan is to release all the frozen corps we picked up at a safspot so everybody can scan them - i hope the server-node can handle it

/me nods to zarquon for doing good a reply, contrary to some others here. Could you just slap some of your members to get them in line?

Originally by: Lifewire Teddys, BNCL and TDG want 500 mil each to leave Syndicate. Think about it. Today you guys lost 14 BS while our small force was operating on you. We didnt count the smaller vessels. We wont stop until you pay the money or go back to empire. We calculated the Norad losses of the last week should be something arround 1.000.000.000 ISK - if all ships were insured.
500 mil ---> BNCL 500 mil ---> Teddys 500 mil ---> TunDraGon
or
loose ISK and ships every day
They like losing ships.. We have offerd them a chance to get Syndicate Pass for the hole alliance at 1 000 000 isk and they didnt accept. They rather lose several times more isk in ships, modules, implants and clones.

Ahh the more i hear of Killing big dogs, the more i love pirates. Im not a pirate myself, but over the course of my time playing EVE, i MIGHT be converting. Storys like this "A small rebel faction trying to keep the balance of wealth by killing of rich ppl" is always a fun story. Unlike alliances, pirates rarely kill for territory, and i think are the literal "Anti-trustees of EVE" well at least they try. Dont get me wrong, ive got podded a few by many pirates, but i only blame my neb carebearness for it, its only their job i say. Not to mention the best times ive had in EVE was when pirates were after me, damn my blood pumped so hard at those times.
