You should contact DS. We won't be interested in purchasing AATP with the information that has come forth thus far so assuming DS is fine with it she is all yours. I will remind him of this thread

Question: How many shares of AATP exist and how much could we get if we just liquidated everything and bought back all the stocks?
At this point with DS bowing out of EvE, I would prefer the stocks be liquidated back to the shareholders. At this point I would like to get something out of it instead of a buyout by another fund, which is equally likely to never pay out again, even if the buyout is a fraction of the original price.

AATP and EMFI stocks make good coasters. I'm not ready to unload them into a noob's wallet just yet though.
Bummer that the chance to liquidate or transfer ownership of AATP passed quickly and left all the shareholders high and dry.

To my knowledge I have answered all eve mails I have received.
I also know that H-TI recently paid 3.5bn isk into AATP this month in the form of dividends.
There will be a full report on EMFI coming up...basically the issues are that there are very few performing stocks in eve atm, including AATP in which we hold 20%. I'm hoping dividends will resume this month as the fund recovers value after the numerous shocks that have hit the stock market.
Scams aside I have been trying to deal with the numerous liquidations and getting up to date with them (T2AHL, FIN, FIN-U, CDRE SCMEC etc) some did not pay up SCHMEC (lost 1bn) and some have not yet (CDRE) so it has been difficult to get a clear picture in order to make a report.
On the issue of AATP:
I have offered to take it over/merge with EMFI (if feasable);
arrange for H-TI to buy it's shares back and the Taranis BPO so a liquidation payment can be made to AATP shareholders; or
support Ray's taking it over.
I hope this helps until a full report can be put together (now I'm back from holidays etc)

Full disclosure to be in EMFI report next week, extract is:
In answer, there was a buyback and Tolmar asked EMFI (as the largest shareholder in SCHMEC) to accept phased repayments. Two payments of 1bn each were received from Tolmar (1 each month) and the final payment of 1bn + interest for the delay in payment = 1.2bn was not made.
Various reasons/excuses were put forward, and there were several evemails/convos etc with Tolmar (before the sale of the character) who said it was in the hands of others etc. Basically, another example of putting faith in proven market players to end up on the sticky end of the stick again. For whats its worth - my shares support liquidation and moving on. Ray always does a good job, so I wouldn't mind his taking over but I'd rather just get isk back and call it a day.

Not sure myself, I have no character in AATP, but I know that 3.5bn was sent in dividends a month or two ago and there will be the same again in the next week...
As EMFI holds about 20% of AATP this is a lot of missed dividend income, and this is holding EMFI back...we would even be interested in running/supporting new manager as a trustee etc
I also know H-Ti and EMFI would like to do a buy back of shares/takeover and/or work with Ray to make it work or liquidate.
In effect it is receiving dividends from H-TI as honorable agreement, with no liquidation of positions, but sending 3.5bn every 4-6 weeks into a dormant shell is a bit worrying, so maybe Ray can convo me/DS when he has got top value out of FIN for investors (heard he is doing a good job there), cheers, Ghost

I have chatted with Shikari and he has organised the movement of assets pertaining to AATP over to myself. I am happy to forward them onto you Ray if you want to handle this. If not I will liquidate the lot.
Actually I will have DS put through a vote now offering either liquidation or running of the operation through Ray so people have some options.
I can however say that DS did provide a large pile of his shares in AATP (est cost about 10b worth) which should increase the payout for AATP shareholders.
I haven't had a chance to do a NAV report just yet but will have him get the vote up for the moment and we can go from there.
The vote will last 3 days.
Simply put, DS no longer plays Eve so I am giving him minimal workload to finalise this project. |

not sure how voting works when the shares are sitting in corp wallet, but if I can't vote with my substantial amount of shares in game, i'm happy to have ray run aatp or liquidate - whatever is easier.

I'd be happy to take over the management of AATP if H-TI are happy to continue the current arrangement.
If H-TI wish to buy out or liquidate AATP's share in the corporation then I'd request they establish a suitable figure and act on it as soon as possible.
I'd like a time limit set on that, if they can't provide an estimate and payment plan within a month then the current arrangement should continue indefinitely.
If it does continue, I will utilise additional AATP assets to maximise profits.

Hi Ray/Ricdic...much respect towards you both for helping pursue this matter and helping maintain the integrity of eve stocks. I have double vested interest in this matter as:
as EMFI CEO we have 20% approx 16bn of stock value;
two mains are in H-TI, but it is for the CEO to help discuss the terms.
As mentioned previously:
EMFI are happy if Ray manages the corp as going concern (although it is a shell corp at present and might be better if assets sold to active corps) and might even invigorate the corp;
EMFI are happy if current cash assets are paid out as dividends to aatp shareholders, another 3.5bn should be paid in the next week or so;
EMFI would swap back AATP shares for H-TI shares wherever possible (in effect they are the same as they should pay same dividends from the same source (H-TI) so swap price can be figured out easily;
H-TI would like buyback opportunity on shares for some or all (H-TI and several staff in unison), if shortfall of funds then they could be bought with brokered loan from ebank or held by Ray until gradually liquidated; and
EMFI could do a share expansion and offer exchange of EMFI shares for AATP shares?
If there is to be a vote we would like to have an idea of the cost/benefit of the options. I could help give an idea of what sort of value can be placed on the main assets by polling interested parties on the offer price per H-TI share (as they have never been publicly listed so no market price exists)
Will try and catch you in game Ray, but felt I would try and be transparent about the ideas I have that would be of benefit for AATP shareholders.

I'd be looking for a mixture of passive and active investments, leaning more towards the active to stimulate shareholder dividends.

I'd like to maintain the investment in H-TI initially until I have the existing ISK invested and solid plans to replace the H-TI investment. But I think this would be the way to go. I cannot and would not stand in the way of H-TI shareholders buying out AATP's share. I'd prefer this to happen gradually though, to allow any new activities to reach maturity.
I think the next step would be for H-TI shareholders to establish an offer price and announce it here.
