The second one is not really worth it - since buying it, I have had 3 computers which refused to run it so I thought it would be a spectacular game to play, at least graphics-wise. Pro tip: it's not. They're apparently nearly finished too. Sure, he might be benevolent, but what about his successor? The "destroy the internet" ending never really appealed either. It would cause a lot of suffering in the short term, and eventually some bastard will rise to the top and seize power just like Bob Page did. At least merging with the computer ensures a benevolent ruler without worrying about successors, since the computer will last for as long as there are people to maintain it. I've thought about this waaaaay too much.

I think maybe he's saying that Reven Cordelle mixed up the two, because how could anyone hate the ammo system in DX1. Exit question for everyone: What was your favorite weapon in DX1 and why? Dragon Tooth Sword. Because it's blue and glowy and kills people in one swipe.
