Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris	Posted - 2008.06.08 21:59:00 - [1] Earlier this evening I led a fleet into Pator and delivered the following message: A little over two years ago, shortly after the death of Jamir Torash, I delivered a message to the leadership of the Minmatar nation and their people. I asked their government to take action against terrorists operating from within Minmatar territory - to cast out the viper within their midst. I told them that their time was running out. Since then, the situation has deteriorated. Groups such as the Wolves of Pator and the Electus Matari have raided Amarrian space to steal Amarrian property. An entire Minmatar battle-fleet has decided to attack Imperial installations within the Bleak Lands. Unknown raiders have been attacking Amarrian shipping within Minmatar-controlled space And most recently, we have seen a fleet of ships bearing Republic Fleet insignia threaten the peace in Yulai. The Minamtar government's response to the events has been weak and ineffectual. The conclusion must be that they have either been secretly backing the criminal elements in their territory, or that they are incompetent. We Amarrians are a peaceful people and we are also patient. We have no desire for war. Members of PIE have come here this evening bearing copies of the Pax Amarria so that you may understand this. However, we cannot stand by while Minmatar-occupied space is used as a base from which to attack our Empire. Therefore, I must repeat my message to the Minmatar leadership. It is time to decide whether you support the rule of law or lawlessness. I urge you to take action against the criminals who infest Republic space. In the interests of peace, destroy those who seek to cause conflict between the Empire and the Republic. Given the choice, we Amarrians will choose peace over war. It is now up to you to decide whether you want war or peace. The choice is yours. Dulce et decorum est pro imperium mori.

The solution to this problem has always been with the Amarr. Reparations for atrocities commited by the Ammar would probably be welcome as well.
