I was the owner of bwf station and always knew that IPS constilation would fall if any serious force wanted to take it because you could pos spam the area so easly. IF RK wanted it badly enophe we could always resort to pos spaming but we just didn't want to put that kind of fight out there. Someone posted that Goons don't fight unless they blob you out and they hit us after many of us have left for the night. Well that is somewhat true. Goons do wait until our East cost U.S. members log due to having to work. Thats just tactic, it's not that they do'nt want to fight. They do fight otherwise they would not be were they are today. We can't keep posting here and wine that goons just wait until we log. We just don't have the time zone covered at the moment. But let me just reiterate that what goons have taken so far was a pvp play ground, it didn't make isk for us, theres no good moons in that area, and we do own and sill control the bulk of our outposts and systems. The war with Goons & co has been going on for over a month now and during that time they have lost over 2500 ships - not including their allies losses. No. You read a post saying that your towers arent really setup to be anti-capital. If your towers were setup to be anti-capital they would only have neuts, scrams/disruptors and large pulse lasers (for amarr). Instead you have a mix of everything. Yes you can kill a capital with that if you have all the guns manned but it still isn't essentially ANTI-CAPITAL.

Interesting response however, rk is not seeking any arrangements. rk is not operated nor managed in this manner. I will tell you that there is much more opportuniıty of engagements to come. RK doesnt care about maps or numbers. we have proven in the past 5 years that it will come down to the very last corp standing before we give up...
