I did two worlds collide today, but no overseer spawn. Is there a particular order one must complete the rooms in? Does using the hacker card negate the spawn? Better yet, can someone post a farming walk through? Thanks! |

Hey,
The overseer spawn is quite rare and there seems to be no connections to any special actions. Also if I remember correctly, the latest expansion included code to decrease the mission faming activities by reducing the number of days, how long the mission could be open. That fact is still to be confirmed though. |

The order doesn't matter. Every time you go through either of the first gates, there's a chance the Overseer will spawn. At least with the Serpentis/Guristas WC (Serpentis on the left, Guristas on the right), the Serpentis Overseer has a much better chance of spawning. One time I had to go through the gate over 40 times to get the Guristas Overseer to spawn (this was back when I was trying to confirm the theory).
The Overseers will have a bounty ranging between 400K and 4.7 mil, and literally anywhere in-between. I can't remember if the 3.7 Overseer is a Commander spawn or not, but the 4.7 mil Overseer definitely is. The 3.7 mil Overseer has dropped stacks of 1,000 Faction Hybrid L ammo, but nothing else of any value. The 4.7 mil Overseer will usually drop some kind of faction item in addition to the faction ammo - including POS-related BPCs. Make sure you salvage them, too, because the Commander Overseers will usually have T2 salvage.
The 3.7 mil (or higher) Overseers are extremely rare - probably around a 1/25 chance (if that). Then, on top of that, there seems to be about a 40% chance that the wreck will be empty. So the chance of getting faction loot is incredibly low.
I typically go through and kill everything first, including everything on the final stage, and then grab an Interceptor to loop through each gate until the Overseers appear. Since you can't warp back to the starting point from within the mission, that method is much faster compared to warping out, then back in. Oh, and unless the bounty is 3.7 mil or higher, I don't even bother killing them.

One last thing - I've heard rumors that WC Overseers can have higher than 4.7 bounties, but I've personally never seen one (and I've seen a lot of Overseers).
