The Omerta Syndicate hereby returns to Caldari borders, effective immediately, the protection of the Caldari people being her only priority at this time. To support this aim and to more effectively counter Gallente insurgency Omerta Syndicate is seeking like-minded combat veterans to increase its ranks.
Who are we?
We are family. We value this attribute above all others. It is what makes us strong, even in the face of adversity. The concept of family has kept us going for over 3 years.
Now, more than ever, we wish to extend an open invitation to the clusterĘs capsule pilots. A disturbing chapter has been written in history and there is nothing to change what happens from this point onwards. War is now upon us all and we have signed up with the State Protectorate to protect the Caldari people. All we can do now is ensure we have enough ammunition.
Do you have what it takes to repel the Gallente from our borders?
Who are we looking for?
Omerta Syndicate is looking for people who have a sense of humor, a drive to succeed in EVE, and the desire to have fun. Our bond is pretty important to us. We donĘt want people who will not participate in corporate ops, or those who sit quiet and not make their opinion known. We believe the closer we come together, the better we perform as a PvP unit.
We ask that all recruits read our Code of Conduct and accept the terms outlined in the document before proceeding with making their interest known. Our members are expected to adhere to the Code at all times, as they are representatives of our corporation and alliance.
In addition, we have specified some criteria that recruits should meet for the most successful, hassle-free entry into the Family. These can be viewed here. At a glance these criteria are:
+ Players of 18 years of age or older only.
+ All timezones are acceptable, but we have a strong European presence.
+ PvPers must have 15 million skill points unless the recruit gets a referral.
+ We currently require members to stay above -1.9 security for travel reasons, and we will not recruit outlaws.
+ Both Ventrilo and Teamspeak are required, as well as a working microphone.
+ Candidates must be team players, willing to follow orders and do all they can for the greater good of their corporation.
+ We encourage roleplayers to apply if they meet the above requirements.

I would like to express my disagreement with this particular point in your code of conduct, Yuki clearly harasses and abuses me to wits end and I have to seek therapy multiple times a week now because of it. I cry myself to sleep at night :(
