So its ok to work with pirates, work with people who work with pirates, and pass off some actions of piracy as 'justiified'. But its not ok to be a pirate?
Not sure what you are getting at, CVA has always had very strict rules against piracy, and this will continue to be upheld, even if the pirate belongs to the Amarrian Militia. -----------------------

This is interesting, since you complained incessantly at our policy that was a complete parallel.
Are you implying that we should enforce Amarrian rule on other soverign entities? Quite a change of heart for the Ushra'khan. -----------------------

Becq was talking about your allies. you can tell this because he said "you are willing to tolerate your allies pirating". The fact is that if you are happy to consider pirates to be your allies as long as it goes on elsewhere, you really cant claim to be anti-pirate, or be critical of similar policies other people adopt.
Ah, i think you are now refering to IAC? If IAC choose to shoot people in their space that is their business, we do not expect them to tell us who we can and cannot shoot in Holy Amarrian Providence and we do not expect to make their rules for Catch.
I am not quite sure what your point is. Perhaps if you stopped being so vague? -----------------------

My simple accusation is this: your policy tolerates pirate who merely restrain themselves in your territory in exchange for your tolerance. You see nothing wrong with allying yourself with pirates so long as they fight for your interests.
Does this remind you of past conversations with my brethren?
We simply cannot know the history and reasons for aggression for every pilot, we therefore restrict ourselves to those we can be sure of...piracy within Amarrian space.
Although, to answer your question more directly. No we shall not be mimicing the Ushra'khan policy of inviting pirates to help us and allow them to shoot our allies in the process...our own policy clearly states that even if an Amarraian militia member were to do this...they would be made Kill on sight. -----------------------
