Before you all say "go and take your own 0.0 space" we have discussed it and decided that this isn't what we want to do at the moment. We are quiet happy to become some big alliances pet (for now ). We are an industrial/PVP Alliance with a small but growing capital fleet. We have 130+ members from all timezones. Many of our members have 0.0 experience and many have been in some of the large alliances. Since we started the Alliance we have lived in lowsec space running successful Industrial and PVP operations. We have our own TS server for voice coms and a good forum community. We are big on communication. We can offer the follwing..... PVP Support - Including Capitals Market Seeding Specialist production loyalty and a fun atmosphere We are looking for........ 2-3 Systems (or constelation) for mining and ratting Exclusivity to Rat and Mine in these system Station access and offices close to our systems If you can offer the above at a resonable rate then please contact one of our diplomats to discuss or post a reply here. Yeah please dont try and scam people out of isk,you have zero claim on Providence. Providence is an area open to all neutrals to come npc/mine/dock etc for no cost as long as you follow our rules for the area (i.e. NRDS policy, not NBSI). Please ignore any person who tries to "rent" out providence.

I know of a system that you can mine and rat in its perfectly safe there only rule is dont start shit in the system or the corp that owns it will blow you up. Basically you do what you want to do dont steal from others dont bug othere while there ratting or mineing and you will get along just fine. Its not a 0.0 though but it is a 0.1 and its perfectly safe every day they have campers watching the gates if you are red and flashy you will not get in if your a bounty player you will not get in, the system is called ziriert
