when i was ordered to fight in the Great Wildlands against Curse ages before they had "claimed" it what with Community of Curse and Great Wildlands Pack etc... The only people I ever really fought against were Oracle and VOTF. Which are Minmatar corps correct?
If these same corps are still think in that region (I wouldnĘt know) wouldn't it be minmatar against minmatar if they attacked there?

Oracle, no longer being in the Curse Alliance <link> and with VTOF not being a Minmatar corporation, your point is invalid.
As for the rumours you have heard, I fear they have been greatly over exagerated. The People's Republic of Minmatar has been looking for promising mining grounds and the possibility of approaching the Curse Alliance with some kind of deal was suggested, we have not the inclination for a hostile take over of that region.
I would also like to take the oppertunity to correct Hardin on a few points...

However, and let me make myself perfectly clear, The People's Front of Minmatar is and anti-Amarrian organisation. We will continue our raids into Amarr space, not just to target CVA and those wretched Blacksheep ("sheep"... how appropriate ) but the Amarrian populous at large and strike fear deep into the heart of your Empire and your Emperor himself. We will never give up our war of attrition, we will never compromise our ideals, we will lead the way at the fall of your Empire and the purging of it's corrupt and immoral history into the aether of forgoten time.
The People's Republic is not a threat to CVA or your unworthy Empire. It is a place of refuge for those tired of Midular's antics, a place to start anew.
We and our brothers in arms however, are a threat to you. And if you ever target non-consentual freedom loving members of our new Republic, or use it's name against us again I swear by the light of Matar that you will see no end, no respite, no fury unleashed like mine upon you, you will learn to fear me like the hand of your God himself with the torrid fury of Matar burning within my heart and it's cleanising light eradicating the immorality of your sins.
