TFA pirates? Since when? I was apart of the Free Space Alliance when TFA joined simply put they use their enemies tactics against them and how are they to know whether or not if they newb corp is an aggressive alt corp or not there are alot of them. My corp has warred with Alt corps and its an extremly annoying experience, podding newbs who maybe a potential alt is simply a security percaution, now if they ask for a toll its simply a reassurance that you AREN'T going to go and raid FSA members and if you do so anyways well we got some numerical compensation. I personaly can call myself a proud friend of Fragms' As far as FA goes I may loath them but I respect what they have been able to do my oppinion aside. If you want a fight TFA will give you one that much I know.

TFA has been pirates since they've been attacking all corps in sight, ganking empire gates etc etc.
They don't get such low standings from just shooting alt corps, and do you really think Fragm makes the most intelligent and resourceful posts to prove he's not a pirate?
TFA might not have been pirates hen you have been there, but face it, change is the way fo things. Don't think you know someone or something because you knew it a year a go, 6 months ago, especially in eve.

Ok just because they shoot everything they wish to on sight they are pirates, I do that and I only have a -0.1 sec rating and secondly why is a notorious pirating corp chastising another corp for being pirates I said they used YOUR tactics only way to do learn and perfect those tactics truely is to use them as you do. And as far as change goes I know about it full well, I was in a corp that had been around
for nearly 11months and in under 2 weeks it went from expanding by leaps and bounds to falling apart. They weren't pirates they weren't know for massive fleets just being good friends. Now Fragm may not be to apt at defending himself in forums but if u have a real grudge with him stick it to him in game and stop whining here.

(For the record I have two honours degrees, one in economics and one in Law, one of which is a first, plus a masters in law...so possibly a bit inaccurate as well as tasteless)
Also "scum of the earth" may be a bit harsh!!!  There are a big chunk of us who have been playing the game for nearly a year and who could quite safely be described as mission running carebears! We have been ganked on many occasions and arent really that keen on it, but we accept it as part of the game. If you got ganked by frag and his boys then get back out there and give him a good kicking! Live by the sword, die by the sword. I suspect its the only language he understands!!!! lol
In summary I think we dont describe ourselves as a pirate corp because many of us would hate to think that we are pirates/ act like pirates. If you feel some of us are, get out there and give us a kicking :)

heh before i was ca i was fa, and when i was in FA, i always wondered, where the hell does all that pass money go, because i used to fight to protect fountain and lose ships and i never got **** for it i had to byu my own each time

Alright, I officially have no life. Just read through all 6 pages of this thread. What's worse, I found myself rather amused by Fragm's meager attempts to respond. Secondly, only a n00b would try to get into a bs within the first 2 weeks of play. If not for any other reason than, that in two weeks worth of play, you know as much about playing eve as anyone else would about quantum physics. Also, in two weeks, you'd have pure crap for gunnery skills, even worse powergrid and cpu management skills, and anything else that's semi-required to be a halfway decent bs pilot.
Secondly, all this smacktalk about how good you are, and about how many ships you've killed in god knows where, pure, unadultered hot air. Quit blowin' wind up your own skirt, becaue NPC's kills don't count. You don't prove a damned thing by simply saying you've killed so and so. Especially when no one has any clue who that person is. If you really want to be seen as someone worthy of our attention, start fighting the big hitters in mOo and CA. Take RUS for instance. Now those guys have it right. They are born and bred pvp'ers. Every single day I see or hear of at least three of them moving through deep space looking for people to kill. And to top it off, they don't smacktalk about it. They get it done, and sometimes hide when there's a fleet looking to hunt em down.
So, enough with the smacktalk Fragm. Quit making idle threats and empty promises. If you're going to do something, do it. Don't just say you will get around to it. Hell, I might get around to mining something worthy of my miner2's. Then again, I might get around to finally getting a good setup for my bs. Doesn't mean much until I actually go out and get it done. ;)
