The Amarr are in shock Lady Sarum is back .. and now Empress.
The Minmatar aren't to keen that the Elders have shown up without explaination.
The Caldari don't like Tibus Heth, though he was chosen by the CEO's.
... and a Titan is parked off Caldari Prime in the same system as Gallente Prime, yet I don't see any Gallente RP threads asking WTF.
I can only conclude, that whatever it is the Gallente are on (is it Vitoc?) must be good stuff because none of their RPers are complaining.

Talking won't do anything to change fanaticism and opinions that slavery is right. Talking won't convince a bunch of terrorists to stop killing bystanders. Talking won't stop a national-socialist regime from entrenching itself in power.
Talking is pointless.

It does rather seem like we Gallente have got the sharp end of the stick.
The Amarr finally for their Emperor/Empress. They may not all agree with who it turned out to be, and they might all want some explanation as to where she came from and why the authorities welcomed her back so readily, but at least their storyline is moving forward, and it can all be explained in time.
The Minmatar are enjoying tribal unity and some shocking recent successes in recapturing their "lost" space. Not everyone is happy with what is essentially a military coup in the Republic, but the Minmatar people are coming out on top, and internal conflict is always cool.
The Caldari are experiencing yet another great uber-cool success, this time launching a massive and daring raid in to the core of the federation, kicking ass and taking names. I've not encountered any unhappy-Caldari threads yet, although I'm sure there are some. On the whole, though, I'd say it was a week of resounding and in-character RP successes.
The Gallente got their ass kicked, their Navy bamboozled, their President shown up to be all talk and no knickers, and an enemy Titan parked in their capital system. Other than as a foil for the Caldari, they haven't really had any RP development from this whole thing yet, and certainly nothing for their roleplayers to get their teeth stuck in to. I'm personally hoping that our turn for some cool stuff is just around the corner, but so far being a Gallente has been a bit of a downer... ------

I can only agree that the whole gallente storyline is very very poorly written and full of holes.
CCP should look into trying to pick up some of the pieces of an entirely broken storyline.
Boost Gallente storyline!(?)

I dunno, if I was gallente I'd be happy...the storyline is definitely weak, but I'd still find solace by rolling around in the huge pile of win better known as drones. _________________ [IMAGE REMOVED] -- aka Cpt Bogus -- Is that my torped sig cloaking your base?

Well, compared to what happened to the Caldari, I don't think the Gallente have anything to complain about. Once the Gallente navy got locked out of Luminaire, there wasn't much that could be done about it. Worst the Gallente had were some upper level traitors in their midst-- traitors I would assume were involved in instigating the whole war on both sides.
The suicide run by Admiral Noir is the difficult part to swallow. If you can swallow that, the Federation reaction is not a problem.

Us Gallente have little to complain about. we got a cute little decoration in luminaire and plenty of targets to shoot at.

For my RP angle it can be nicely exploited, as it shows how inept the Federation government and Navy is.
In the beginning I was like "WTF? This blows!", but then I realized I can place all blame on someone else, problem solved.
Blamestorming FTW!
