You got 3 Options if your not happy with the missile nerf.

1) Suspend your account/s and tell then why in the box supplied. I done that already and also had a moan about tech II BP's and a few other things that have narked me. Doubt it will do much good but if 5000 of us do it them maybe the listen. Only takes a minute to reactivate.

2) Wait for the targeting balance change and missile nerf to be implemented in Chaos and get some mates to test it out. We are planning to do that as soon as is practical. Most of the best combat pilots in the game do this, maybe we should listen to their comments as they tend to be the first to adopt a new strategy. Pirates maybe be scum to many, but the good ones know their stuff and most are willing to share information. They love this game as much as anyone. Listen and learn.

3) Accept its coming in and start training gunnery and associated skills or drop combat and concentrate on other aspects of the game such as production, research, mining, trade and agents. Its obvious to me that with a game that contains so much depth its going to be impossible to be an expert in all things and I am sure the Devs have said they expect more people to specialise as the game grows.

I hated caster when it came in but after 2 days I realised how good it was, had to retract some "I quit" comments on the forum.

As for the proposed change at this stage I believe that my suicide kestrel alt will no longer be able to deal with ore thieves in his own unique way. I believe that newb's will leave the game cos they will be unable to partake in effective PVP unless they have a battleship and millions of skill points in combat. The first few months of this game are the most difficult and its important we retain the newbs so that the game continues to grow.

These proposed changes to targeting, accuracy and missile are more important than player owned structures, titans, conquerable bases and tech V BP's. These changes affect everyone and for the sake of the games future they got to get it right. Lets help them.
