Make the tier 1 marauders not have utility highs, with their original sloy layour and a target painter bonus, the typhoon marauder would be real ultimate power.
Hell, give it 4 launcher hardpoints, the 100% damage bonus, but make it an armor tanker(even though T2 minmatar armor resists suck, and allow it to keep the dronebay. Path to golem obsoleteness obtained!
Still, there's little chance the tier 1s will be made into marauders, as they already take the role of black ops(argueably poorly).
Faction variants are very possible though.
Now, the tier 3s...? Naw, overpoweredness.
Well, or a T2 abbadon with siege only damage bonuses, a T2 rokh with rails(and a damage bonus!), a T2 mael with a reasonable tank and grid to fit arty(woooo), and of course, a T2 hyperion with a drone damage bonus(what?)...

i think that a faction domi looking like the drone bs's would be awsome and get more bonuses to drones lets say have like 20% more dmg to drones etc insteed of 10 ...but still there is the geddon navy issue or the scorp navy issue ..even phoon navy issue ..thats another thing u need to think off ..ccp cant launch a gallente tier 1 navy bs and not launch one for the other races also ^^
