THE BOND
I am looking to raise 4B (4 billion) isk in capital for a period not exceeding 120 days (around 4 months).
I will pay out dividends every 30 days and then pay back all initial investment after 120 days.
Payout will be 10% of the amount you invest every 30 days.
The shares will cost 1 million each and will be issued from this newly created corp, made for the purpose of this venture. (4000 shares)
I may change the amount of shares available if i feel i can use the extra isk to make enough money to make profit for myself and pay the 10% promised.
What will you do with this money ?
Part 1
I believe that most of what i intend to trade to make money i already own.
soon i will begin the task of moving items in bulk around the region to where i know i can sell them for millions more than what i paid anybody can do this sure, the scale of this operation is what is going to net massive returns, and of course cost a little up front.
I need dominate the market for certain items to assure the sale of my stock, that is what some of the money will be used for.
Part 2
i have some freshly prepared BPOs/BPC, all highly researched and ready to be built , i have access to a large amount of production slots, all i lack is the minerals.
initially the plan was to buy up all this cheap mods with very low buy orders that nobody else had noticed then reprocess them to build from the blueprints that, at that time were still being researched.
now i see that selling these modules etc, will net me more money than reprocessing and rebuilding would. after they are moved to trade hubs and/or certain profitable lowsec hubs.
Now with the mineral prices so low and my buy orders for low end minerals filling up fast. I have run out of money to to buy more.
i still require large amounts of minerals.
i could have built with what i had sold and had plenty of money to move forward. but it would waste slots by not allowing me to do full runs because i lack the minerals to make them up.
instead i thought i would try this.
I know this will make money, the issue as always in eve is trust.
So, can i trust you?
you are free to believe this is a scam. It is not, it is an attempt to maximise my money and help to restore trust in eve's secondary market.
This is my first public venture, and i totally understand if you do not want to risk your isk on this.

You mention you have BPOs that are highly researched...do they have a value that equates to the amount you are asking? Would you be willing to have them placed in a place where you can still use them, but locked down as collateral against the bond in case you should fail to pay back?
Oh, and you mention that you have already been producting and selling but are looking to scale up. Are you willing to accept an API audit by a trusted individual to confirm this?

and I'd like to know if you can provide any form of security to back up at least some of the money and are you willing to let an auditor look at your chars via api key to confirm that what you do is really what you do and requiered skills are available?

theres that trust issue again in reverse this time.
I have ship BPO's of several popular ships that i have seen sell in great volumes, and some other misc BPOs, and a lot of copies of those bpos. all over 250ME, at least 50PE
i would estimate there value at least at 1billion, and that would be a very conservative estimate.
there a lot of other assets , but i am not willing to divulge those, as it maybe hinder future trading efforts.
you say 'in case you fail to pay back', so do not trust me then.
As anyone starting a bond should say, If you have any doubts do not invest 100's of millions. i urge you not invest if you are not ready to make that leap.
But at the same time i am being honest, I lack the capital to do what i want to, i am greedy and selfish and want to make as much as i can but cannot do that with my current balance, that is the purpose of this venture.
i would not bother with this if i had not figured it would work.I act i'm already ahead of it, planning what i will do with the money i make personally. and thats gonna be a lot bigger, as long as there is still money in highsec research POS's*slight hint*
TL;DR
i would not be willing to have my BPOs locked down as collateral.

I say at least bring in an auditor to have a look at your chars via API key. You have to show us something solid and believable first before we invest our money in you.
You ask us to trust you. That's fine. In return, we want your trust. So by doing the very least that we ask, there'll be mutual trust between your investors and yourself.

Also note that I will leave EVE, for 1 month, starting the 28th of June, so the audit has to be completed within 10-11 days, in order for me to invest. Sorry for not mentioning that originally.
If things are clear, with an audit "passed", no later than the 26th or 27th, he gets my 100M ISK.

I am interested in investing pending the outcome of the audit.
Will there be any oversight into the operation? you can pass the audit but still flake out and leave us poorer.
Lock down of BPOs maybe? are you manufacturing in POS or stations? how are you hauling the product?
What happens if you die or some other RL emergency takes you away from the game?
We need some more info on the operation and how you came up with the 10% per month dividend as well.
I'll willing to invest 250mil with the option of doubling my investment pending the adequate answer of these answers and a successful audit.

My subscription-free vacation starts a few hours from now, and there has been no word from the OP for more than a week, so basically circumstances force me to retract my reservation, which was 100M ISK worth of shares.
