leona starfire LS Trading and Production Inc.	Posted - 2008.06.16 19:54:00 - [1] LS Trading and Production Inc. I am looking to raise 2.5B isk to run my first IPO. I have secured 1b isk worth of investment so far and have bought 20% of the corp shares myself. My main Character is Nightjester and this is my Alt Leona Starfire who will be running the IPO Each share will be valued at 1m isk (2500 Shares) Interest will be paid out based on the actual returns achieved and a minimum of 5% will be paid out on the 1st Monday of every month. With the first 2.5b I intend to keep to three parts of the market, these are Invention, Manufacturing and Trading. As the corporation grows overtime I look forward to diversifying into other markets including Running a POS network and market speculation. My interest in running an IPO is more to increase stability in the secondary market as more IPO's start to fail and because I have always wanted to run an IPO. I intend to expand every 6 months doubling the IPO value by releasing further shares, with off course the shareholders permission. I Believe a system of proving that I am capable of running an IPO and expanding slowly over time is far better than just asking for a large sum up front. The maximum amount I would be happy to dealing with will be 15B isk and I will not expand the IPO beyond this point. If I decide to close down the corp I will pay 130% of the initial value at 1.3m per share. This will ensure that investors receive a good return. This will be only paid if I do not run the corporation for one year if I do and decide to shut it down after one year I will return 1m isk per share. I would be happy to put some security down for the first 6 months say 50% off the IPO value in a secure e-bank account if that is possible. I already have had dealing with e-bank in the past and with Nightjester and would be happy for e-bank to disclose these dealings if its required. I am looking for people to invest no more than 200m as I would prefer a larger amount of shareholders rather than just one or two. If you have any questions please post them in this thread. Please do not send me any ISK, please post reservations only.

Maestro Del'Tirith	Posted - 2008.06.16 20:25:00 - [3] I'm confused - are you saying there are 2500 total shares, or that there are 2500 left for sale to the public after factoring in your 1B already raised and 20% stake? Is there a business plan/goal of some sort you'd like to share? i.e. how will the capital help you be more successful than you would be without it?

Posted - 2008.06.16 20:45:00 - [5] there are a total of 2500 shares, I have bought 500 for myself and have secured reserves for another 500m worth , there are currently 1500 shares left to be reserved. Im more interested in running an IPO, seeing how it works and seeing how well I can do against other IPO's. I have done just about everything else in game and have been wanting to do this for some time.

After how much time should those securities be used? There has been a lot of IPOs going inactive lately, so I think it might be good to ask the CEO beforehand. Also could you post with your main, just for confirmation?

I have bought 500 shares and 3 other friends have bought 500 shares between them. This leaves 1500 shares for sale. Im looking for someone to audit my characters but would be happy to reserve you 100 shares until ive recieved my audit and had ebank post about the deposition of security, if that option is possible.
