oi, this is kinda off topic, but along w/ a movie shouldnt they make a new game introduction to reflect EVE's atmosphere as it is now, i mean at the end of the intro, it says they have existed in peace, well they are no longer at peace, they need to redo the intro

Ron Moore and the guys from Battlestar Galactica are the only ones I think that could pull it off. Good space action, and some great political drama.

I've actually been thinking of making some machinima piece set to music I love, but a movie would be better.

Yeah great, just great. Countless hours of watching tawdry dialogue based ************ whilst walking past the camera teasing you into thinking things are leading to huge bust up, only to be presented with an epic u-turn by the principles at hand for yet more political shenanigans.
I would want some pew pew in an Eve movie, LOTS of stuff blowing up lots of zooming around and shooting and blowing up and more shooting AND blowing up and, and, AND! {ad nauseum}
Frankly BSG was a MASSIVE let down in the zoomy-zoomy, pew-pew department.
And as for Uwe Boll... OUT!

Think I will go for the latter.

Uwe Boll will *kill* EVE if he makes a movie out of it. As someone said before, the movie will feature the T3 chick, some b-movie actors, it will have no spaceships whatsoever, and all Amarr will look like devout muslims.
Luckily, CCP own EVE completely and will never give out their IP in any way so that it could find it's way into his hands.
