This is not exactly the reality, Amarrians operating within the Old Republic's borders is not acceptable to us, the very sight of their foul yellow ship's hulls is a reminder of deep hurts that may never heal, yet we will not simply lock on and fire on sight, we will warn them to take their business elsewhere, and if they persist then we may in some cases engage them. Do you want all Amarrians to have free access to Minmatar space Wren ? That they might enslave our people in peace, undisturbed by "paramilitary fringe groups" or whatever we have been depicted as. I personally would prefer that the Amarrians stayed away, and to be truthful I don't see what legitimate reason an Amarrian could have in a region of space where he'd be surrounded by those who hate him..
At any rate we reserve for ourselves the right to fire upon our oppressors should we see fit to. At least we won't be attacking our fellow Minmatar as you have done on many occasions in b-vip9. That may be behind you now, but you shouldn't throw stones from your glass house..

Add to their fleets in Pator or Lustrevik sitting idly by while CVA and other Amarrian scum travel through to attack Minmatar in Republic space, or perhaps to visit their slave colonies, or to raid for more slaves ?
