I am Caldari currently doing Internal Security missions for the Royal Khanid Navy. They just happened to be in the area.
Are there any advantages in changing to Caldari Navy NPC corp for internal security missions?
I am thinking about long term and future level 4s.

There are many factors to account for when choosing the right corporation to run missions for. If you plan to stick to mission running as your main source of income, which means you'll end doing level 4 missions some day, I suggest you visit eve-agents.com and look how many lvl4 agents your corp has, their quality and where they are located, and then compare them to other corps. If you're going to fly Caldary ships, switching to Caldari Navy will give you access to their LP shop, which sells the right modules and ammos for your ship.

Noooooo!
There are several different Caldari Corps that offer CN Navy equipment that are not Caldari Navy. Nearly every system with a lvl 4 Caldari Navy agent is jammed packed with Sheep running missions based on that assumption. You can find a better agent, in a better system with at least 1/4 of the locals if they don't belong to the Caldari Navy.

Just out of curiosity (I run Gallente and Minmatar missions), which Caldari Corps have the same LP store as the Navy? I'd check the databases, but all the ones I have seen are out of date.

Most large Caldari Corporations seem to be mfr/mining/research oriented, Caldari Navy being the largest corp for combat missions.
Other security-type Caldari Corps are small and offer limited number of agents.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd like to mission for some other Caldari corp other than Caldari Navy with access to Caldari Navy LP store stuff.

I use Joonick's LP database, which seems reasonably reliable. The stores like the Navy are those that stock (among other things) the combat-oriented implants. A search for the 5% cruise damage implant gives you this result. I'm sure there are other ways to do this, but it was the first one that came to mind.
