Have there been supply issues to Amazon, underestimated the demand despite prebooking the order over a month ago? I was hoping to read this book over the weekend, but looking unlikly now

I actually received 5 copys on day of release from Amazon.co.uk, now that is win :P Edit: Hmph the amazon.com page didn't say it was out of stock when I linked it above. I've nearly finished it and it is good. I won't spoil it for others by going into plot details, but it's a nice sci-fi yarn in a world we're all familiar with. My only quibbles are: 1. The end of Chapter 32 which is needlessly graphic. 2. The timing - it would have been better to release this immediately before the patch rather than after it. If CCP can't control the publishing date they can at least control the patch date. 3.. The fact that so much EVE backstory has been covered so quickly. Events mentioned years ago are finally being pulled together. ------
