Med:
1x 100MN MWD
1x 24km point
1x fleeting web(-90%)
1x cap injectII(800s)
1x ECCM magnetic
Low
1x Dmg Control II
5x Reinforced Structure Buffer II(25% structure bonus)
Rig
3x energy emmision system cap bonus ones. (reduce 15% neut cap use)
Hp: approaximately. 6k shield+6k armor (normal resist)
and 26.5k structure(with all resist at 60%)
Avoid nano , avoid drones. avoid(maybe)ecm
dry ur target cap and let him wait for the time to see what is heaven like.
Tried it. Worked pretty awesome.

Looks like your cap will dry very quickly. If you really want to keep those smartbombs, I'd kill the ECCM for another injector.

not keep smart bombing. not necessary. when the drone all on u. turn all the smartys on. when the drone all pop. turn off.

if u say ur fitting 3x trimarks. ok. it may slightly better than my setup. but u have problem managing ur neut.

And with my skills passive armor tops it for about 8k, before trimarks. And it will even move faster.

howcome? I have all armor tanking skills at 5. 8) just Talisman set than slave set.
you might have made a 6th level then. lol

ok. that set up eats up like 2875power gird, with rolled 1600s. still 2500power gird.
U are droping one neut then?
3 neuts make sure u **** nano cap off in 1 cycle even if they had a cap buffer.
drop smart boms then u dropping 2 smart bombs. but still tight and ur forced to drop the third.
so man. put the complete setup.
and u have like 40% explosive resist. ur gonna crash against explosive dmg.

This should last surprisingly long, with the neuts you can eliminate your enemies tank, and with 5 ogre IIs, they wont last too long. You cap stability is the main concern, just gotta be careful using the smartbombs.

If you really wanna do that, then u should go with lows: armor, med dual medium t2 injector (drop the eccm) + highs 2heavy 4med neut. 2 med neuts > 1 heavy.
Altho if u love killing cap, get yourself siege nos domi.

He can run those neuts for like 3.5 mins without the cap injector going. Neut your target, MWD to it, web/scramble, drones out, game over. Ogre IIs from a Domi are pretty mean... not to mention when you cant tank or even fire back in some cases.

with ur setup anyway.
but with mine ur ok. clear the drones. and u have pretty long time to keep lock on ur target with ur eccm overloaded.
ps: low sec pretty much = cloaked ecm ships if u have some one in local but no ship shows on scanner. that's why eccm is necessary for solo bs pilot!
btw have u ever been soloing in low sec I dare ask?

No, i'm bloody carebear running lvl4 in motsu. Never done any pvp, not mentioning lowsec solo.
Anyway you shown one combo that ur setup "theoreticaly owns" tho ishy can just use sentry drones and pretty much end your smartbombing heaven, and even while eccmed falcon will get pretty decent chance to jam you.
