Well no one in NORAD is going to listen to me here anyway, but what the hell.
It's does not surprise me that Blacklight is X-(drunken)pirate, as we have heard straight from the horses mouth that NORAD take on Pirates as NORAD members, i've even seen some guy in NORAD who had a bounty on his head and we're talking millions. So my question is, how can NORAD be a non pirate organisation if you have bounty hunters searching for your members Blacklight is just the tip of the iceburge here.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

How about taking the fight back to the 0.1 - 0.4 pirates/gankers?! Stick that in your pipe smart guy! 
Oh and stop with your pirate tactics in Outer Ring if you're going to post sh|t like this; makes you guys look like total dumbasses.
And anyone that operates in and around OR knows what you GEEKs do, so your talk of piracy falls of deaf ears... who are you trying to sway here anyway? the newbie empire players that have no idea what goes on in our space?

lol! Now that is funny. So how come BNC hang around with pirate hunters such as RKK, Celes etc. How come NORAD chase off pirates, regularly clearing out 3KNK, PF-346 and FD-MLJ if we are in fact pirates ourselves? Swaffer dude you're so way off the mark and not in touch with the game it's untrue.

swaffer,you know very well that bounty's cannnot be removed that easy..and negative sec rating takes time to get back to positive..
we do have ex pirates in Norad,but they do not shoot wild anymore..

think myggan has a -1.2 or so with an 8.75m bounty, mostly from hunting CA members in low level space, dont think your latest spin is gonna really work to well swaffer, but hey im sure no one in celest or rkk have negative security ratings or bounties on there head right, cause only bad men like ebil myggan have stuff like that.
