Congratz Tripoli, (and Caymus btw). That is a considerable achievement. How close would you be to being the first character to be able to use everything in the game? Yours is the only Char I could think that would come close.

Congrats Tripoli! I only own 187 skills, with 114 trained to lvl 5 (75.5M SP)
I'm on a break from the game currently, so just doing training. Did some fast calculations and if I were to train the rest of my skills to lvl 5, we will continue this discussion sometime after next year!

Someone else achieved that some time ago.
One a sidenote, having all skills does not mean being able to fly/use anything, as some things require skills to be at a certain level.

im pretty sure they removed existing books aswell when they removed it, cant say fo sho tho
