You do know he could change that -8.6 to -2.0 in two days, right?
And as it's corp on corp, not corp on alliance or such.. it wasn't much isk wasted. Hell I waste more isk on modules I never use.. Wardec's don't cost ****e

Oh, and I wardec'd people when I was -10.0 ... it's funny just to see how far they'll go to avoid you. Especially the annoying people who will come to the lowsec gate, then sit there and call you a "noob" for not fighting them on their side of the gate.
