I am very intrested - i'm new to this entire process, basically i'm looking for what you are selling. However few things, will you pay the transfer fee? and how could both of us ensure a fair end result. Also, i am (once possibly acquiring the char) simply using GTC's to beable to play on this char i take it that is possible?
Please let me know :)
Sorry for the noobie questions i'm just very new to this process of character trading.

Generally, the seller pays the transfer fee, unless there's some other arrangement made. The way it usually works is, you pay the isk to the receiving character, and then the seller transfers the bought toon to your account. For this, s/he does need your login name, NOT your password. This is necessary for you to receive the toon you bought.
IF they don't transfer the toon in a "reasonable amount of time," you can petition it to CCP. You would need to reference the forum thread, so it's usually a good idea to bookmark the thread in question.
Hope this helps. It's only free advice. I don't work for CCP, nor am I a lawyer, and I don't play one on TV.
I feel I should repeat, passwords are NEVER REQUIRED for any character transfer to happen, only your login account NAME. And that should be sent via Eve-mail, in game, not in the message thread.
One other thing, the account you want the toon transfered too, needs to have an empty slot, so it should have no more than 2 characters already, otherwise, the transfer can't happen.
