While these are great in theory, they don't make sense from an RP perspective. The Ammatar were never part of the Minmitar Republic during any period where the Republic had a navy. So they would not have Minmitar ship designs to modify for their own uses. What would make more sense is Amarr hulls with Minmitar style bonuses.

If we give Ammatar new Faction ships can we also give thukker mix so as well :)

and while on the topic of new ships, why is the Bhaalgorn the only faction Blood Raider ship without a unique hull, both their faction cruiser and faction frigate have unique hulls, so why does the Bhaalgorn use the geddon hull?

There are a few problems with minor faction ships.
Thukker and Khanid ships exist already (T2). Though wouldn't oppose to see more of those as faction variants.
And then, there's a limit on how many roles you can do. Ammatar are a pretty clear case, as Minmatar are being profiled shield-tanking artillery and missile race, Ammatar could be the armour-tanking variant. What ships the Ammatar should have? There's two options that fit the background story: The Amarr could use them to test their newest designs (Abaddon, Arbitrator, Omen, practically any frigate but specially the Slicer, Executioner and Inquisitor), though those would be few... so more likely the fleet would consist mainly of older designs (cheaper to give them away than scrap them) such as the Impairor (yes! faction variant of the rookie ship!), Auguror and Armageddon. Likely retrofitted with equipment got off Caldari, so relatively good CPUs (for Amarr, at least).
Ammatar Navy Impairor could be about anything. ACs and armour HP bonus would be my suggestion (old ships made battle worthy by duct taping some more golden goodness, slapping in a better reactor and CPU).
Ammatar Navy Auguror, definately armour HP bonus, and then projectile ROF bonus.
Ammatar Navy Armageddon would be more tricky. I'd personally go for a cap regeneration bonus and projectile ROF.
As a concept, the other factions that could be thought about would be: - Mordu's Legion (Caldari/Gallente, EW specialists flying pimped out Caldari ships - Gallente because they're supposed to be Intaki descendants) * Thukker (speed thrills, Minmatar/?) * Khanid (missiles and armour - still bitter about this, Khanid used to be lasers&missiles&shields vs. Sansha lasers&missiles&armour, and right now we have Khanid missiles&armour and Sansha lasers&shields, personally would've made them the other way) - SoE (super salvagers, hackers, archaelogists and probers, Gallente/Amarr?) - Syndicate (err, smugglers? Built-in WCS + agility? Gallente/?) And a really, really minor faction: - EoM (Amarr nutty guys who shield tank and use hybrid guns, logically Amarr/Caldari)
