CCP YOURE TELLING ME YOU WILL NERF TITANS TO GIVE A BUNCH OF NOOBS IN 0.0 (A PLACE WHERE THEY DONT BELONG TBH) WITH ONLY 2 OR 3 MONTHS SKILLING TO USE A ******* DRAKE AND SPAM LOCAL LIKE RETARDS WIN THE BATTLES AGAINST PEOPLE PLAYING THIS GAME SINCE 5 OR MORE YEARS SKILLING AND MAYBE SAVINGS TO USE A TITAN.
