A couple questions.
What is your top speed at orbit? I can't imagine you reaching top speed with the mass of a Raven. I assume this is why you used an inertia stab over an overdrive.
Is the intent to speed tank BS weapons? Cruiser class and smaller will still hit at your nanoed speeds. If its meant to duel BS - a heavy neut will still ruin your day.
Have you practiced this with a Raven instead of the faction raven?
Still I like a weird fit and this is interesting.

Still I like a weird fit and this is interesting.
Considering the range of a maxed skill Cruise Raven Navy Issue (253k max on Cruise with T1 missiles or 126k with precision Cruise)
You could probably orbit at long range while bombarding your opponent with Cruise missiles. Not really meant as a solo nano-boat i'd assume.

Since i don't have EFT or EvE at the moment, someone might have to see how the fittings are.
To counter fast hacs, you probably want to replace 1 of the LSE's with a web and you might squeeze enough power to fit a medium neut. Optionally replace either an OD or the BCU with a RCUII and you can probably fit a heavy neut, though thats not going to do any favours of a cap that drains already quite quickly and will slow you slightly or reduce your dps.
The cap injector is there to keep feeding the MWD, so its not ideal for long 0.0 roaming gangs, more low-sec fighting.
I did fly a sensor boosted version of this, simulating the old 'dive bomber' days, which gives a brief increase of dps over 3 volleys or so.

The problem torps is 2 fold
1) power grid - fitting a raven with modules to boost PG is going to slow it down & if your fitting 7 torp launchers and a MWD, i'm pretty sure your going to need some (no eft here - c/d?)
2) You'll run into issues with anything that isn't a battleship or has a MWD, unless your willing to give up all most of your midslots and go for a MWD/Injector/disruptor/web/painterx2
