My Zealot would rip it apart in seconds. Needs more shield buffer, the MWD is not really meant to be run full time on an Ishtar. ------------------- ნỊs uʍop əpỊsdn This is my WAR FACE! |

Indeed. Scorch M says "hello" to your untanked, unhardened, 0% Em resist shield buffer.
Also enjoy being webbed the instant you try to use that nos or neut offensively, and if you use it defensively then a) you don't need the nos and b) you don't need to run the neut forever.
I disagree with halcyon in that the MWD isn't meant to be run full-time - it's really the only thing (aside from the point) using cap on the ship, so you could probably permarun it with a LCB II and maybe a CPR. __________________________________

I see no point in deviating from the standard nano ishtar with 2 x LSE II and large cap battery II, which will let you run everything for about 4-5 minutes.. much better

If you were to try a long-term-MWD Ishtar, a Cap Booster would be a much better choice; more cap, fewer slots.
Of course, you'd likely have to give up a low slot for a fitting mod (unless you were running sans guns) and you'd still be fairly frail if you did get tackled, so it's probably not the best option. -------------------- "I am hard pressed on my right; my centre is giving way; situation excellent; I am attacking." - Ferdinand Foch at the Battle of the Marne |

I found that for .0 roaming, that a Large Cap Battery II AND a Large Peroxide battery ensured that the mwd would run nonstop with the disruptor. I preferred that because there was no need for cap booster charges, which arre sometimes difficult to come across in enemy space.

I found that when I was a little kid, putting Cap Rech's on a PVP setup is an instant recipe for fail.

Just use a large cap battery, if you have snakes you can trade a nanofiber/od for a CPR and have perma but i doubt it's needed. _______________________________________________________________________________ EVE Online: The Hand-holding Age The truth about balance is that it doesn't exist. |
