I for one can't work for Fed. Navy Lvl. 3 agents anymore and other people have the same problem. The only thing I want to know is if this is "normal" or will be fixed some day. if you don't show some respect, don't expect it from me

Yes it does have its problems. But I for one am willing to wait, if CCP says that its coming, I wont bother asking when, because of course it'll be Soon. I have faith because they've done a fabulous job so far, and I'm willing to wait for more of the same. I also would love to hear from CCP on a regular basis, I agree that it wouldnt take more than a few minutes for them to at least post something small to let us know they're still alive. But they work in mysterious ways, so I'm willing to let it be for the moment. And Rancid, I know you've probably had your fill of waiting, but how about cutting them a little more slack? Rancid Mare	Posted - 2004.06.02 15:20:00 - [13] Ajzhyn Raef have to admire your pactiance. there was a time when i wasnt so aggravated with the game. but after playing everyday for a year, im starting to find it a bit of a drag. yes its a very good game..wouldnt be playing it if it wasnt. and in many respects CCP are doing a good job. a large % of what gets me so wound up is thinking how much better the game could be if only CCP were to take a different approach to their CRM. there was a post by Kerion not long ago concerning the hashup with the 3rd party web review sites. this post was like a little ray of sunshine in a big dark sky. for once CCP had actualy noted their error and appologised, they had started to appriciate that how you handle your customerbase was in fact pivotal to the sucess of any business/game or what ever. the post was un-exspected and most welcome by many of the people who feel as myself. its just a shame that this attitude was not carried forward. we dont want everything yesterday and we appriciate there are many many issues, all we want is to be heard and respected. something im sure all players would benifit from. a simple and easy way to do this would to NOT ignore the players when they are asking for information. if you have no information then say so..but to just ignore people is disrespectful. and criminal if them peoples happen to be your customers. good show on writing a consturctive post and not just fanboying as many people do.
