First off, putting 2 AB's does you no good, there used to be time when you could fit several MWD's on a ship and make it go like 0.25 AU/second, but those times are long gone, you can only have either 1 active MWD or 1 active AB. If you wish to go fast, you need MWD, and with decent skills and tech2 stuff, your speed boost from the MWD is greater than the sig radius penalty, with level 5 skills, tech2 MWD will give you +687.5% speed, and +500% sig radius, and the speed is further increased with nanofibers, overdrives and propulsion rigs (most commonly the overpriced polycarbon engine housings)
