Hello
Looks like the 2nd case worked here, you didnt even bother to check the market.. Unless he's not canceling the order right now, it still can be verified that he's selling those missiles with 155.701,00 ISK .. i dont need to "forge" screenshots.. just explained you politely. What i really should said to you is not allowed to be written in this forum.

Transaction logs mean nothing. It shows the name of the CHEAPIST guy in that station. If i was selling a missile for 1 isk, my name would show up in that log and I would get that amount.
You know those shuttles going for 1 billion isk? Well, you move a shuttle to that station cheaper. If someone bys the 1 bil isk version, then insted of the scammer getting the isk, the isk goes to the guy who is cheapist on market. This is to stop isk laundering.

he is checking this out now m8, if thats the case i am sure there will be a statement as i said we do NOT scam the market. It will be delt with as ive said this is NOT something we do.

ok there is something WEIRD going on here
ive checked my prices 5 times, they are correct @ 151.98 and there are two orders for that in isenaros atm
there is also an order on the market @ 155701 credits
notice how it does not go down when you purchase a missile?
isnt that weird?
also its not my order, but im ending up with the cash when you purchase one
ive petitioned this will post it up when i get a reply

i think at the end of the day, if you buy an item, and you get warned that its over the market average, yet you still buy it. The issue is the buyer not the seller.
Just my thoughts.

ahhh indeed! this has been confusing the hell out of me, i know my orders are not scam orders but the logs seem to indicate otherwise

tats supposed order of 500 missiles? why did it not go down 1 when you bought from his supposed scam order? it's still at 500 if you look at the market, you simply bought from him for the scam price as he was infact the cheapest seller in the station.
That's how the eve market works, always has, (probably) always will.

Wow, just wow. Some people really don't get the whole 'market' thing. Even if someone has a higher sell order up, when you buy it the ISK goes to the LOWEST seller in that station!
Also, you seriously FAIL at using the market since you bought missiles for that much. It wasn't just a typo here, it was complete failure to read what you were agreeing to.
WTS: A clue - EXTRA CHEAP - only 200 million ISK

Please pardon my rage in previous posts, i just believed what i saw = that the transaction logs were accurate.
So it really seems that something is wrong with the market - its a bit odd that the highest price order to go to lowest price order's owner..

PS: i am not endearing to you mate. those screenshoots showed something, that you got the ISK. one missile was bought and you got the isk. you even showed us your log, and you got the money. and some dudes starts screaming in here that those pics are fake? how will you react mate? |

when I first started playing i too expected the price i bought at would link directly with stock of the player selling, but as it happens all things being sold go into a pool and whoevers' sell price is cheapest gets to sell from this pool, whilst getting the isk from whatever sellorder was completed.
The same applies to Buy orders, and sometimes people trying to scam get bitten, it's even happened with people trying to launder macromined isk. (so if you ever get billions of isk in your wallet from spurious buy orders, always run it by a GM else bad things can happen)
either way I guess it's something to do with easing database load and forcing market competativeness. |

person X puts up 500 items @ 1 mil each
person y puts up n items @ 50isk each
person C clicks on the 1mil items and buys 60 of them it costs person C 60*1mil
Person X gets nothing his order does not change
Person y gets 60*1mil [minus taxes] and his n-items goes down by 60
this is how the market works-
no scam [well person y could be a scammer or just overchaging]
tat is not expoliting - but it is up to him how he plays this out. |

what he suggests is what some players do, they offload most of their isk on to and alt so they can't get snagged on scam orders when drunk or half asleep.

for everyone that helped with this i REALLY REALLY appreciate it.
myself and tat dont scam, our corp does sell things, we do gank, we do fight, but we are really not happy about the whole scamming acusations.
again, THANK YOU to all who have helped us defend the honor of the corp.
as for the whole getting your cash back thing after this its still up to tat, but honestly i think you had better just let this die now, you've accused us of wrong doing not once but twice and used "friends and alts" to back up your point, each time you have been found incorrect.
frankly i think its time for you to just move on and learn from YOUR mistakes.
