Of course with electronic currency transaction it would be probably be so we percieve it as cheaper. I (like most people) always round prices up so I fail to see how it works. also i think the op meant 380,000 subscribers :P

The lowest coin in Denmark is 1/4 of the base value (ie. 0.25 DKK). However, the price tags still say 19.95 even though it is not possible for anyone to actually give you 0.05 DKK in return. Personally, I think part of it also deals with our reading direction: If you put two practically identical prices next to eachother here, say 19.95 and 20.00 DKK, people will first notice the 19 and 20 and since you can't actually buy much for the small change anyway, they won't care much for what comes after those two numbers.
