It entirely depends on the mission. I can AFK quite a few of them in my Myrm thankyouverymuch. Among the ones I can't AFK, the only thing I really need to do actively in most of them is is to manage the aggro so my drone's aren't killed.

The easier ones can be afk'ed to some extend, yes. But in a Raven you'll be reloading once a minute anyway and you also have to keep an eye open for high sec gankers.
The main point however is this: Who does the easier missions? If someone wants to make ISK, running WC etc while being on the keyboard is more profitable than running five times the ****ty missions afk.
Yes its somewhat possible, but its not reasonable and certainly not "instant ISK" as the OP claimed. And if, then anyone would use a Domi
